General

• This system is conveyor/auger speed oriented and was designed with flexibility for use on either a V-box or tailgate spreader. Since the PWS-II is supplied with its own conveyor/auger sensor, it can even be used in conjunction with any type of ground speed control system.

Reservoir

Cab Mounted Control Console

• The cab mounted control console monitors the amount of granular material being applied and automatically adjusts the liquid flow rate to maintain a constant gallons/ton ratio. It also monitors and displays overall total gallons of liquid pumped and tons of granular material spread per trip and for the entire season. The LCD screen and all functions are back lit for good visibility regardless of direct sunlight or nighttime operation.
   

The PWS-II Console can display the following information:

• Automatic mode displays gallons per ton
  
• Manual override mode displays gallons per minute
  
• Visual and audible alarms alert operator of any system errors
