We are pleased to announce the appointment of Phil Nangle as president of HP Fairfield.
Phil joined HP Fairfield in March 2017 initially as vice president of operations. More recently, Phil has served as the company’s interim president since March 2018.
Prior to joining HP Fairfield, Phil held positions of increasing responsibility at Lake Region Medical and Symmetry Medical where he successfully implemented performance improvement initiatives in areas including LEAN Enterprise deployment, cost improvement, quality, safety and environmental compliance.
Earlier in his career, Phil was employed with Watts Water and Warner Power as a manufacturing supervisor, team leader and continuous improvement facilitator. All of us appreciate his straight forward management approach, his active engagement with employees and his sense of urgency to get things done.
Phil’s office is located at the Pembroke, New Hampshire branch.
